You are not allowed to use the address for correspondence or use the address for any legal or illegal purposes.
Upon your arrival, you have to clear your remaining payment or make full payment to receive keys. In the case where the payment is not fully made upon arrival, we can refuse to give you keys.
We need a copy of your passport or acceptable ID upon your arrival. You are not allowed to extend your stay unless you get approved by us. The approval is only granted where the house does not have any forthcoming booking.
It is strictly not allowed to have a party or produce other sorts of noise or play loud music or consume any sort of drug or have unusual movements or get together with people outside allowed guests which disturbs the neighbourhood in the building. Where ever you are found in breach of house rules, your booking can be terminated and you can be asked to leave and your booking money will not be refunded.
This is not a five-star hotel, this is a self-catering accommodation.
You are stricty not allowed to get any key cut of property.
We expect every guest to respect the above rules.
